If you’ve been looking around the website and wondering exactly what Wizify Digital does, you’re in the right place.
Rather than sending you off to half a dozen different service pages, I thought it would be more helpful to bring everything together in one place. That way you can see what each service involves, who it’s for, and how they all work together.
At the heart of it, my job is pretty simple. I help service-based businesses build a stronger online presence, stay in control of it, and stop worrying about whether their website is helping or hurting their business.
Who I Work With
I don’t try to be everything to everyone.
Most of my clients are service-based businesses. Consultants, coaches, trades, allied health professionals, lawyers, accountants, creatives and business owners who sell their expertise rather than products on a shelf.
Over the years I’ve noticed these businesses usually face the same frustrations. Their website no longer reflects who they are. Their Google Business Profile has been forgotten. Their content feels inconsistent, or they simply don’t know where to start. Quite often they’ve also had a poor experience with a previous developer and are nervous about going through it all again.
That’s exactly why Wizify Digital exists.
I wanted to build the kind of business I wish more people had experienced. One where you’re listened to, kept informed and treated like a person rather than another support ticket.
Website Design & Development
Your website is often the first conversation someone has with your business.
Before they call you, send an enquiry or read a review, they’ve already formed an opinion based on what they see online. If your website looks outdated, is difficult to use or doesn’t clearly explain what you do, people move on surprisingly quickly.
That doesn’t mean your business isn’t good. It usually means your website isn’t doing its job.
Every project starts with a conversation. Before I think about colours, layouts or functionality, I want to understand your business, your customers and what success looks like for you. Once we’re clear on that, we move through a structured process of wesbite planning, design, development and launch.
Every website is built to:
- work beautifully on desktop, tablet and mobile
- include solid on-page SEO foundations
- be clear and easy for visitors to navigate
- be simple enough for you to update yourself
- grow alongside your business rather than needing to be replaced every few years.
Whether you’re starting from scratch, refreshing an outdated site or recovering from a disappointing experience with another developer, the goal is always the same: create a website you’re proud to send people to.
Website Support Plans
Launching a website isn’t the finish line.
In many ways, it’s where the real work begins.
WordPress updates. Plugins change. Hosting environments evolve. Security vulnerabilities appear. Left alone, even a well-built website gradually becomes harder to maintain.
I’ve seen websites that were beautifully built become unreliable simply because nobody was looking after them.
That’s why Support Plans are one of the biggest parts of what I do.
Depending on the level of support you choose, I take care of software updates, security monitoring, backups, performance checks, content updates and technical issues before they become major problems.
Just as importantly, you always know who you’re talking to.
You don’t need to explain your website from the beginning every time something needs updating because I’m already familiar with your business and how your website works.
Google Business Profile Setup & Management
Your Google Business Profile is one of the most valuable marketing tools many local businesses own, yet it’s also one of the most neglected.
When someone searches for a business like yours, your profile often appears before your website does. In many cases, people decide whether they trust you before they’ve clicked a single link.
I’ve looked at countless profiles over the years and it’s amazing how often I find the same issues. Wrong business categories. Outdated contact details. Missing services. Poor-quality photos. Reviews that have never received a reply.
None of those problems is difficult to fix, but together they can seriously affect your local visibility.
When I optimise a Google Business Profile, I look at everything that helps both Google and your potential customers understand your business. That includes choosing the right categories, writing a clear business description, setting up your services and service areas properly, uploading quality images, creating useful Q&As and helping you develop a review strategy that builds trust over time.
If your profile already exists, great. We improve it.
If it’s never been set up properly, we’ll build it the right way from the start.
Content & Creative Direction
Creating content is where a lot of business owners get stuck.
Not because they don’t know their industry, but because they don’t know where to begin.
I hear the same comments all the time.
“I don’t know what to post.”
“I hate being on camera.”
“Everything I write sounds robotic.”
The funny thing is, once we start talking, those same people usually have plenty to say.
They just need someone to help organise their ideas and find a way of communicating that feels natural.
That’s what Content & Creative Direction is all about.
Together we’ll work out what your audience actually wants to hear, which platforms deserve your attention and what style of content suits you best. For some people that’s writing. Others are much better talking on camera or recording short videos.
There isn’t one right approach.
The goal isn’t to turn you into a content creator. It’s to help you communicate your expertise in a way that’s genuine and sustainable.
How Everything Works Together
Although these are separate services, they were never designed to stand alone.
Most businesses start with a website because everything else points back to it.
Once the website is live, a Support Plan keeps it secure and running smoothly. A well-managed Google Business Profile helps local customers discover your business, while content gives people more reasons to trust you before they ever get in touch.
Not every business needs all four services straight away, and I’d never tell you otherwise.
Some clients only need support for an existing website. Others already have a good website but need help improving their Google Business Profile or finding a clear direction for their content.
The important thing is starting with the area that’s holding your business back the most.
What It’s Like Working With Me
A lot of my clients come to me after a frustrating experience somewhere else.
Sometimes the developer disappeared once the website went live. Sometimes they were left with a website they couldn’t update themselves. Other times they simply felt like another number instead of a valued client.
I built Wizify Digital to be the opposite of that.
When we work together, you’re dealing directly with me. You’ll get honest advice, realistic recommendations and clear communication throughout the project. If I don’t think something is worth your money, I’ll tell you.
I don’t believe in gatekeeping either.
Once a project is finished, I’ll show you how your website works so you understand what you’re looking at and feel confident managing the parts you want to manage yourself.
My goal isn’t to make you dependent on me.
It’s to become the digital partner you know you can rely on whenever you need help.
Is Wizify Digital Right for You?
Probably not if you’re simply looking for the cheapest option or you need a website built in a few days without any planning.
Good work takes time, and understanding your business is part of that process.
If, however, you’re looking for someone who genuinely listens, explains things clearly and cares about building something you’ll still be proud of years from now, I think you’ll feel right at home.
Where to Start
Every client starts in exactly the same place: a conversation.
We’ll talk about your business, what’s working, what’s frustrating you and where you’d like to be. From there I’ll recommend the services that genuinely make sense for your situation, whether that’s a new website, ongoing support, improving your Google Business Profile or developing a clearer content strategy.
If you’d like to explore things further, book a free discovery call. Even if we don’t end up working together, you’ll leave with a much clearer idea of what your business needs next.
